Hey guys! It's Rozelyn, coming at ya with a new High Vibe Wednesday post!

I was thinking last night how short life seems. Sure, it seems kind of long when you think of it in years, but when the years break down to months, and months to days, and the days to seconds, it doesn't seem so long after all!

Life is a string of Now's. It's funny, really, how time is an illusion we made up to try and hold onto some order in our lives. All we really have is *right now*, and the secret to success is this moment- you, here, reading this- this moment is you.

In this post, I'm going to deconstruct success, and show you what you can do TODAY to hop on the path of your bliss and hightail it towards achieving your dreams!

♦Narrow It Down♦

I'm going to assume that we've already established that life is full of endless possibilities. You can create whatever you want for yourself! In the words of Walt Disney, "If you can dream it, you can do it."

Once you realize your potential, it can be as overwhelming as it is exciting. I mean, you are FULL of infinite potential, and once you chose a path (and stick to it), you can achieve anything! It's pretty crazy amazing, actually.

The problem is, when the Universe is constantly asking, "What do you want?" It can be kind of hard to narrow it down! It's *super important* to refine your vision so the Universe has a direction to pull you in! If you're stuck daydreaming of all the things you want to do, (which is great, don't get me wrong), then you never actually get anything done!

Here's a little tip: write it down. Pull out a piece of paper, open up a new Notepad page, whatever, just get this down! :) aha! Bet you didn't think this was an interactive blog post, did ya? ;)

So here's what we're going to do:

Start with your lifetime goals. What do you want to achieve out of this life? Unleash your imagination! Remember, you can do anything you put your mind to! The only limitations are the ones you put on yourself.

Even though the power you have to achieve anything is limitless, it helps to put some guidelines on our imagination and really zone in on what's most important to us in this lifetime. I'm going to take some inspiration from the genie in the bottle, and set a guideline of choosing three Lifetime goals!

Once you have narrowed it down to three goals (I know, it can be kind of exhausting haha), then you want to break those goals down even further into three long term goals!

From there, you break those long-term goals into three short-term goals.

And finally, you can break down the short-term goals into what you can do right now to achieve your dreams. It helps to break each short-term goal down into three things you can do now. I know it may seem confusing, but I'll show you what I mean!

Here's an example. Let's say one of your Lifetime goals was to travel the world. This is how we could narrow that down:

Lifetime
♦ Travel the World

Long-Term
♦ Backpack Around South East Asia

Short-Term
♦ Buy a Ticket

To-Do Now
♦ Plan Which Places to Visit
♦ Research Travel & Connect with Other Travelers
♦ Get a Passport

It's pretty simple, and probably common sense, but it definitely helps to have a guideline to abide by. Whenever we are left to our own devices, without a narrowed vision, we can waste time by being lost in a limbo of our potential. This is as confusing to the Universe as it is to us. Once we make up our minds and straight up tell the Universe *THIS* is what we want, it makes actually achieving the goal way more plausible! 

Ultimately, we should always expect the unexpected. Planing every detail of our lives leaves no room for miracles, so take this guide with a grain of salt. Anything can happen! Something could happen that brings you from Point A to Point B in the blink of an eye. So it's always a good idea to leave a little wiggle room for life to surprise you ;)

This guide is merely a good way to put your dreams down on paper and help bring a focus to the Now moment. It's a very left-brain, logical way of planning life, but just like how we measure the passage of time, sometimes we need an illusion of order in our lives. In the end, it not only takes hard work and focus to achieve our dreams, but it takes a lot of heart and courage. Haha, I just reminded myself of the Wizard of Oz.


The Scarecrow wanted a brain.
The Tinman wanted a heart.
And the Lion wanted courage!

That's the equivalent of:

Having a Vision for Your Life!

Being a Good Person along the Way!

And Trusting the Universe and Yourself that it can and will Happen!
